Shipping & Handling
We will always endeavour to dispatch items the same day, however orders made after 12.00pm (GMT) will typically be shipped the next working day.
Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process.
Please note that we do not consider weekends and UK bank holidays as a working day. Any orders made after 12.00pm (GMT) on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. If the order is made after 12.00pm the day before a bank holiday it will be shipped the next working day.
Please be aware that Mail Strikes may slow down delivery times.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
Under EU distance selling rules you have the right to cancel your order without charge at any time up until 7 working days after you receive the item. We must be notified of cancellation by email to email@example.com

The customer will be responsible for the cost of this. We recommend using some form of “signed for delivery”.
Faulty items can be returned to the address above and if found to be faulty will be refunded or replaced if this is preferred by the customer and postage costs will be covered by us.
We will happily exchange items after 7 days and before 30 days if they are in perfect condition. A small charge may apply. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this before sending goods back. Any items returned whether faulty or otherwise must include a note explaining your request and the product code. The product code can be found on the packing note for every item delivered to a customer and also on the order confirmation email of any order.

Do I have to pay Customs, Duties or Tariffs?
Shipments outside of Europe may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.

• The shipping company will charge Customs fees

Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.

Making A Purchase
Just browse the website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will make every effort to keep online stock levels up to date and will update the site approximately every 30 mins. In the event of errors a full refund is always offered and you will have the choice to wait for the item to come back into stock. Credit Card Security Payment is taken using the Stripe secure serve. We never see your card details as the page is provided by our 3rd Party banking provider.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
